Customize Horseshoes for the Perfect Hoof Fit
When it comes to horseshoes, most people picture the traditional farrier at work — shaping a steel shoe on the anvil with a forging hammer. At first glance, this picture might not seem to match our composite horseshoes with a plastic coating — or does it?

We believe this picture isn’t entirely wrong, even when it comes to our 'plastic' horseshoes. After all, in both cases – with steel shoes and with our composites – the farrier's goal is to ensure the shoe fits the hoof as precisely as possible.
Our composite horseshoes feature a solid metal core, allowing skilled farriers to fine-tune the fit by narrowing or widening them as needed. Once the correct size and shape are selected, minor adjustments with a forging hammer or finishing touches with a belt grinder are often all it takes.
For more extensive modifications like plastic welding bars to increase the length and / or with of the shoe - , you’ll find the right tools and accessories in this section.
